It’s almost Mother’s Day! In honor of this occasion I’ve put together a gift guide to help all us kids out there who have moms that say they don’t want any gifts. You know, when you were younger and you asked your mom what she wanted for mother’s day and she said something like: “I want you and your sister not to argue!” Which morphed into: “I just want to not be bothered!” when we became adults and homemade cutout hearts no longer cut the mustard as acceptable gift options. Either way, the request was always something super vague, nothing that could be purchased and really just felt like a trap!

- Apres Gel X System: For moms that are missing their bi-weekly trips to the nail salon because of COVID-19, they can get the same manicure at home DIY-style. These extensions are used by professional nail technicians, but the company that makes them also sells this set that you can use at home!
- Double Sided Lighted Vanity Mirror: My sister and I got a mirror like this for my mom for Christmas last year, and she uses it everyday! It’s double sided with different magnifications that can assist with various things like makeup application or tweezing.
